TECHSPEC® 熔融石英楔形棱镜专为需要 UV-VIS 或一至四层 Nd:YAG 谐波增透膜的一系列激光束定向应用而设计. 它们已经过优化,使用严格控制的规格以确保系统具有最高的性能水平,包括λ/10 表面平面度、20-10 表面质量以及 15 弧秒楔形公差。Nd:YAG 镀膜版本具有高透射率并保证特定于设计波长的激光损伤阈值。TECHSPEC® 熔融石英楔形棱镜采用楔形设计,使激光光束路径偏离 0.5° – 5°. 通过使用两个楔形棱镜来创建一个里斯莱棱镜对,自定义光束转向可达到楔形偏差的两倍。低热膨胀系数可确保在高功率激光应用中实现精确的光束转向.
注意: N-BK7 版本中也提供 TECHSPEC®楔形棱镜.
两个楔形棱镜可作为变形棱镜对在光束整形应用中使用(用来校正二极管输出的椭圆形光束)。或者也可用来将光束在全角 4T 范围内以各种角度偏折,T 是指单个棱镜偏折的光。这种光束偏转是通过分别旋转两个楔形棱镜来实现的,通常用于在成像应用中光束扫描不同位置。
